Design & Construction Duplex Project in Griffith NSW

Simpson Building Group were successful in being awarded a preferred housing contract by Family and Community Services to design and build not one – but two duplexes within the Griffith community.

We began the actual build at the very start of this year and just completed a handover with our client, making this a 6 month turn-around from the beginning to completion.

Modern, clean features throughout each duplex, with enough privacy and space within each house.

Our client was very happy getting the keys this June 2021.
