We handed the keys over for the four separate sites to our very happy clients – Land and Housing!

Simpson Building Group was chosen as one of just seven builders to undertake LAHC’s pilot program to build $26 million dollars’ worth of 100 new social homes throughout NSW.

On the four separate sites in Armidale, we built four dual occupancy residences – effectively creating eight separate homes for the Armidale’s community.

LAHC’s Chief Executive, Mick Cassel said “these homes look and appear just like other low-density homes that are found in local residential areas and will blend in seamlessly with surrounding local communities; including 55 per cent which will be located outside of metropolitan Sydney.”

We are incredibly proud of our team for not only completing these projects from start to finish in just 5 months, but for also doing it with class, finesse and with a quality outcome in mind for not only our client but for the families whos lives will change in these new dwellings.
