Balmain Telstra Exchange Major Upgrade

Simpson Building Group has completed a major upgrade to the BCA requirements at Balmain Telstra Exchange.

These works included – rectification and supply/installation of a new external fire stair egress, fire compartmentalisation, lighting upgrade, safe travel of path upgrade, cable chamber safety upgrade and many more BCA requirements.

These works were completed without any disruption to the integrity of the client’s network & Simpson Building Group accommodated the client and its staff by completing many items of work after hours at no additional cost.

The exchange is in the centre of the Balmain precinct, with neighbouring properties housing residents, Australia Post & the NSW Police – our dedication to providing uninterrupted completion of works to our client & external stakeholders was a great achievement for the team.
