Campsie Townhouse Project Underway for NSW Land and Housing

We have been quietly working away on several different housing projects within NSW.

One of these we have mentioned earlier – in Campsie NSW – home to almost 27,000 residents.  Campsie lies approximately 11km south west of Sydney’s CBD, on the southern bank of the Cooks River.  It is part of the City of Canterbury – Bankstown.

Progress is being made on delivering these 8 individual, 2 bedroom townhouses.
Foundations are in with frames, party walls, first floor and framing to be completed.

The Class 1B design and construct build was given Part 5 Approval on the 18^th May 2023, with SBG on track to complete this project by February 2024.

We will continue to work closely with Land and Housing to deliver this important housing infrastructure for the people of NSW.
