Remediation & Refurbishment Works Completed at Hail Creek Mine QLD

As of April 2020, we completed works for Hail Creek Mine in QLD.
It is a coal mine located within the Bowen Basin at Hail Creek in Central Queensland, Australia.
The mine opened in 2003 and has an annual production capacity to date of 5.5 million tonnes of coal.

The brief was to upgrade and redress the site kitchen and wet mess areas.

These works were completed to improve the dining conditions for the FIFO workers on site.  We were contracted to upgrade the eating area for the 1100 plus mining staff as well as create a new “wet mess” area which included a bar, tv viewing areas and sporting facilities.

Working remotely is not something new for us.

We enjoy getting to know these people in their different industries and the communities that exist within each of them.
We thrive in getting to know how to best support these unique employment environments.

We hope they enjoy the new down-time areas and facilities we were able to construct.
These types of areas are important to employees who spend a lot of time away from home.
